acceptable stay

tasty food professional staff noisy boulevard unhelpful supervisor

the breakfast had tasty food. the staff was polite and professional. they were helpful making the stay pleasant. i plan on staying at this hotel again.

i was given a room facing a noisy boulevard. i asked to change rooms. the receptionist called the supervisor. she was not helpful and offered no solution.

rainfall shower diverse food

anna maria at reception handled my extension with very nice care. the room provided a rainfall shower perfect for unwinding after a long day. breakfast service offered many choices. there was a diverse range of foods to choose from.

some aspects could benefit from a refresh. i noticed a slight delay when i requested extra pillows. this was a minor inconvenience.

limited menu separate payment

I was annoyed the steak house on site was not fully stocked. their menu listed many items. most were unavailable. it seemed like some of the food wasn't freshly prepared. also, you can't charge the meal to your room. It was a hassle to pay separately.

Acceptable stay with some issues

unfriendly staff cockroach infestation

The pillows WERE comfortable.

The staff seemed unfriendly and unwilling to assist. I observed cockroaches crawling around. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. I only got water on the first day. I then had to buy it at high prices. The experience was far from the usual radisson blu standard.

poor insulation wind noise

The benefits program seems optional, staff handled matters without a plan, and i could hear the wind through the windows. The insulation seems lacking.
